Privacy policy

This policy describes what data Blinko collects, why it is collected, who it is shared with and how to have it deleted. It is deliberately written in plain language.

To be reviewed by legal counsel before final publication, and completed with the identity of the data controller.

1. Data controller

NIANTEO SARL UNIPERSONNELLE, a single-member private limited company under Ivorian law with share capital of 1,000,000 F CFA, registered with the Abidjan Trade Register under number CI-ABJ-03-2026-B13-08268, with registered office at Cocody Angré Djibi, Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, represented by its managing director Patrick Niangoran Diagne. 2. What we collect

We do not collect your contacts, your messages, your GPS location, or the list of applications installed on your phone.

3. What we share with partners

So that an offer can be shown to you and a reward attributed, we pass to advertising networks and research panels: an opaque identifier specific to your account, your country, your device type, and, for surveys, your age and gender.

We never pass them your phone number, your name, or any data that directly identifies you.

4. Retention

Account data and coin history: for as long as the account exists, then three years to answer any claim.
Exchange history: retained as required by applicable accounting obligations.
Technical logs and fraud signals: twelve months.

5. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@blinko.app. We respond within thirty days.

Deleting your account erases your personal data. Accounting records relating to exchanges already made are retained, dissociated from your identity, as the law requires.

6. Security

Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted. Access to data is limited to those who need it, and every administrator action on an account is logged.

7. Minimum age

Blinko is restricted to people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data concerning minors. Any account belonging to a minor that is reported to us is deleted.

8. Changes

Any substantial change is announced in the app before it takes effect.
